As per Dubai Land Department regulations, individual Real Estate Agents are strictly prohibited from accepting any cash or fund transfers to their personal bank accounts. Cash payments should be made exclusively to the Company Finance Team or Sales Progression Officers at the real estate agency office. Alternatively, cash payments may be submitted at official Trustee offices within the UAE, in the presence of the agency’s authorized Sales Progression Officer, or transferred directly to the official company bank account. Ocley Properties LLC and Ocley Homes Rental LLC will confirm all payments solely through electronically generated receipts issued from our official email: finance@ocleygroup.com.
