For some time now, I’ve been considering making an income-generating real estate investment in Dubai. I contacted several brokers, did some research myself, spent time and money but all I got was disappointment as everything I liked was way above my budget. All until I stumbled upon the guys in Ocley Properties. It turned out that they know the market to an impressing depth, not only the trending areas but the hidden gems as well. After less than a week I ended up with a beautiful piece of real estate, slightly below my budget, already making money out of it! Special thanks to Angelos who spared no time or effort in order to make this a successful project! This actually redefines professionality in a way I haven’t seen in years. I wish I could give you six stars, but I can’t! Job well done..
The apartment is lovely with balcony and spectacular view to Burj Khalifa. It is located in a superb new residential complex but with traditional design very close to Burj Khalifa (under 5 min walk walk). The turf is full of plants, flowers, fountains and is very beautifully lit. There is also a very nice pool. From the yard you can get directly into a very nice shopping complex and with useful shops. The hosts were extremely kind and professional. We had possible to leave the luggage in the apartment before check in, and after checkout we could leave them a few hours in the lobby area of the complex. We are extremely grateful to the hosts for everything they{ve done to make us feel great. Whenever we will have the opportunity to come back, we will want to book this apartment.
Loved this apartment - really beautiful and elegant and would highly recommend it. The host was excellent in communicating and very helpful and flexible especially as we needed an early check in as we had a very early flight arrival and also a baby with us. They were very kind and quick to respond. The only downside was the TV did not work for the entire stay - they sent someone out initially and it could not be fixed so that was disappointing- and additionally WiFi in some parts of the apartment were not great. There is a small supermarket and some restaurants literally downstairs to the left of the building and a bigger supermarket around the corner. We visited in August which is too hot to walk around for too long and had to take cars to get around but otherwise the metro is not too far away and it is an easy location to get around town. TV issue aside (which was frustrating) it was a really lovely stay - the views are incredible - and the hosts were really amazing.
Wir waren für eine Woche zu dritt in dem Apartment. Das Apartment an sich und die Lage sind sehr sehr gut. Der Skypool auf dem Dach ist einfach nur mega, da man von dort aus wie auch vom Balkon, einen direkten Blick auf den Burj Khalifa hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war makellos. Da unser Rückflug erst um 23 Uhr war, durften wir sogar bis Abends noch in der Unterkunft bleiben. Obwohl der Checkout eigentlich schon um 11 Uhr war. Das ist ein sehr freundliches Entgegenkommen von OcleyHomes. Vielen Dank dafür noch mal. Wir würden jederzeit uns wieder für das Apartment und OcleyHomes entscheiden und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

La nostra famiglia tra un anno dovvrebbe transferire vivere a Dubai, siamo arrivati per un mese in citta, per vedere diversi quartieri dove vivere e comprare le case come investimento. La zona Dubai Hills perfetta per le famiglie con bambini, perche ce splendido parco davanti palazzo. La zona molto verde e tranquilla. La posizione eccellente, perche tutto vicino andando con la macchina non piu di 15-20minuti. Sotto palazzo ce piccolo supermercato e atraversando la strada farmacia e diverse caffe, 2min a piedi e sei in parco. Apartamento consiglio a tutti soprattuto famiglie con bambini piccoli,davvero bello e accogliente.
The host is one of the most responsive hosts I have seen in AirBnB, they are available for most of the day and respond very quickly. The place has a few restaurants within walking distance and quite a few a short ride away. There is a bus top nearby where you can catch the bus to the nearest metro station but that takes a while. Taking a taxi might make more sense. It’s location is equidistant from most places in Dubai.
Well, in my experience this was the best stay I ever had. 1. amazing host, always answers to question immediately 2. fantastic location, especially view feom the pool 3. building by Emaar, which means best quality 4. Direct access to Dubai mall by air conditioned bridge ( thats specifically awesome :D) 5. Locations is very close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Museum of the future and so on. 6. Very friendly building stuff. 7. Pool water wasnot warm, when +40 was outside, which is a huuuuge plus. A couple of things to mention: 1. AC controls in a bit strange way, thanks to the host, technician came at 2 AM to explain and configure as we wished. Awesome communication with the host. 2. The balcony door was not working, so it was always open, not a bid deal for Dubai honestly) Safety here is on top, especially in this building. overall: 10/10. Best value for the money.

Квартира очень просторная, уютная, в арабском стиле, кто хочет прочувствовать восточный стиль, кто устал от высоток, но при этом хочет быть в центре города. Территория дома замечательная, несколько бассейнов. Наслаждались прекрасным видом на Бурж халифу. 5 минут до Дубай Молла.

We stayed at the property Collective Towers 1 Appartment 1301 last week. The apartment was neat and tidy on arrival. Our stay was pleasant without any issues. The communications with the proprietor was prompt. The check in and check out procedures were smooth. The apartment is conveniently located opposite The Dubai Hills Mall and within walking distance to the Dubai Hills Park which is very nice. The Dubai Hills area is in its early stages of development so there is some construction in progress. Would recommend this property for your stay in Dubai.
Absolutely stunning apartment with beautiful finishes and lovely views. The host was very friendly and promptly responsive to all my requests. And I had many requests!🙈 But nothing unreasonable though…😅 The place is central in Business Bay and close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa & a local supermarket downstairs. Stunning swimming pool plus a great gym and overall great amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would definitely book the apartment again. Great value for money too.🙌🏾

It was a delightful experience spending time with my family here twice. The place is impeccably clean and exactly as described. The location is beautiful and serene, perfect for evening strolls, especially close to Downtown, the airport, and Festival City Mall, making it convenient to travel around Dubai. The team and management are excellent; they promptly cater to any needs. We arrived earlier than expected the second time, and the management kindly accommodated us by allowing us to check in two hours earlier. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and am confident you{ll feel the same. I{m writing this feedback to express my satisfaction with the experience."
