After completing his university studies in the UK, Odysseas Bougas returned to Greece, fueled by his enthusiasm for hospitality and real estate. The onset of COVID-19 and its restrictions prompted Odysseas to move to Dubai, where he started as a real estate agent. His big opportunity arose when a property owner entrusted him with managing their properties, marking the inception of Ocley Homes. This role, which he undertook essentially pro bono, was instrumental in his deep dive into the business of property management. This hands-on experience was the cornerstone for the birth of Ocley Homes. With his extensive knowledge spanning various property types, Ody has developed a keen understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and the intricate economics of the real estate sector. His expertise and strategic insight are invaluable in shaping the direction of Ocley Group, as he co-leads the team alongside Angelos Bougas, steering the company towards a prosperous future.
