Rentals are based on a 24-hour period with a 1-hour grace period for returns. Hourly rates will be charged after this period, and full-day rates apply after 3 hours. Full-day charges also apply immediately for late returns of rental fees, surcharges, and optional extras.

Extensions depend on the availability of the vehicle. If your car is booked by another customer, an extension is not possible, but you may switch to another available model. Rental charges will adjust based on the new selection. If your vehicle is not reserved, you can extend the rental by contacting our customer service or sales department.

Do not leave the accident scene. Contact the police immediately. If the accident is minor and no one is injured, move the car to the side of the road to avoid blocking traffic. Otherwise, wait for the police without moving the vehicle.
