Contact the police immediately and don’t leave the accident scene. If the accident is minor with no injuries, move the car to the side of the road. Otherwise, wait for the police without moving the vehicle.

Extensions depend on vehicle availability. If your car is already booked, you may have to switch to another model. Charges will adjust accordingly. Otherwise, you can extend by contacting customer service.

No additional fees will be applied unless you opt for extra services like a personal driver, urgent car exchanges, pickup services, among others.

Rentals are based on a 24-hour period with a 1-hour grace period for returns. Hourly rates are charged after this period, and full-day rates apply after 3 hours.

Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service at least 48 hours in advance. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking may incur additional charges.

You will need to provide a passport copy with the visa page, a valid UAE driving license or an international license, and a credit card.
